Saturday (11/11) is the school fair, compared with last year, we sell one more product, the corn soup, and we’re still going to sale the noodles, gradient drink, and painting the faces, hope we can earn more money. This year Angela and I will do the cash register work, Summer, our teacher is going to help us send the food to other teachers. And today(11/10) we cook once while we are during the house economics class, the teacher gave us a better recipe, the cost of production will be lowered.
Now let me tell you how we’re going on Saturday. Everything sold out except the drinks, I think it’s because every class sold drinks but the weather wasn’t that hot anymore. On that day, Doris’s mom brought “handmade banana cake” for us to earn money, and it worked, the banana cake is $20, the drink is $35, if you get both you can save $5 dollars, our PE teacher bought 4 sets for his graduated students. What makes me felt pity is I didn’t eat any, couldn’t taste how delicious they are. ๐ฉ
Most of us had some paintings on our face. |

The kids in Arizona who dressed as cactus are so cute, it’s like you would only see people dressed as banana in Taiwan.
Last year Ericson dressed as banana. |
Dear Melody,
ReplyDeleteYou'll have to tell me about the corn soup. That's new to me, but it;s sound good. I understand that you had a little Sprite left over, enough for everybody in the class to take one home!
Look up pictures of raccoons. I don't think that you have them in Taiwan. But the kids with the painted on "masks" or "sunglasses" reminded me of raccoons. See what you think.
How was the Sports Day?
Tim
Dear Melody,
ReplyDeleteI notices in some other letters that you were on of only five 220 students who ran in the relay race. Good for you!
I suppose that every one has their own talents. "Athletic' is not common in Class 220.
